Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Clothing purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we have a 2 day return and exchange policy. We value your money and Decision.

Customers can place the return request within 2 days from the date of delivery

Please read our policy below for details.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your apparel item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached. You must also provide proof of purchase. Please remember to take a video at the time of opening the order and send us.

2. Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us at brillyadesigns@gmail.com or WhatsApp 8891288714 to obtain a return authorization. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive your return and confirm that it is eligible, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.

3. Exchanges

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at 8891288714 to obtain an exchange authorization. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of shipping the new item to you. Once we receive your exchange and confirm that it is eligible, after having all the quality checks, we will ship the new item to you.

4. Non-eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

- Personalized or custom-made items

- Items that have been washed or worn

- If you got the product is free in a sale like BUY 2 GET 1 or BUY 1 GET 1. The       free products are not eligible to return

-If you want to return any item that you got in BUY 2 GET 1 or BUY 1 GET 1 sale, then you have to return the whole order. You can't keep the free item if you choose to return the purchased item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at  8891288714 within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will either issue a refund or send a replacement item, depending on your preference.

6. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 48 hours of receiving your return after having all the quality checks. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
